Please do not order if you are not sure or cannot pay on time. Repeat customers ( 3 transactions or more with no late payments) can be allowed to have a more flexible payment term.

No PASALO of slots. If you would like to have someone take your slot, you can transact with them BUT I will still transact with you, not the person who will take your slot.

Please fill out the payment form every time you make a payment. DO NOT RESEND ORDER FORMS UNLESS YOU WILL ADD AN ITEM/ORDER. New order forms will generate new order ids, new order forms mean that it is a new/additional order.

There will be an additional fee for bulky orders/ orders with poster tubes etc. You can opt to have your posters folded to avoid additional charges. There will be an additional fee for fragile items as well.

Box sharing is not allowed but we can purchase any item that is available in Korea.

All our batches are under FETA. So please expect the price difference from shops who are under NETA.

Please do not rush us to ship your orders, we try to ship them out as soon as we are done inspecting all items. Everyone in our team has a full time job but we try our best to ship out at least 2 to 3 days upon arrival of the items in our Headquarters.

Packing fees are excluded in the item price.

Late fees will be applied to those who fail to pay on time. Full balance should be paid within 48 hours once arrived in our KR address. Late fees will apply on the 3rd day after your item's arrival in our KR add. (Late fee: 20 pesos per day with a maximum storage time of two weeks.) We will not ship your item if you haven't paid your balance.

We DO NOT tolerate rude customers.

PURCHASE YOUR ITEMS RESPONSIBLY. We will not entertain complaints from parents/guardians getting mad at their children for purchasing items without consent. We never force anyone to buy from our shop. No returns or refunds will be given regarding this matter. Be a responsible buyer.

ALL DOWN PAYMENTS/PARTIAL PAYMENTS are NON REFUNDABLE. Unless we fail to purchase/secure your order. We usually ask for the dp once we have secured your order. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ONCE WE HAVE PURCHASED YOUR ITEM. (Cancellation fee is 50% of your total bill and is subject for approval)

No return/No exchange. We have options for extra packaging etc. Partial refunds will be given only to those who will provide an unboxing video with NO EDITS. Refunds will depending on the damage. (damage that Rookie Basket has caused)

You can opt to put an insurance on your package. Please let us know if you want to declare the price of your item in GGX to have an additional protection for your item. We will not be liable for your items if you do not put a protection fee in them. We are not responsible for your item once handed over to the courier given that we pack them carefully.

We will not be liable for lost parcels during shipping.
